One country I'd like to visit is Japan, in Asia, because
they have so much history and tradition, all the pictures I've seen from
there are awesome and very attractive. I think the part of Japan I like more
are the old castles. For example The Odawara castle was built in the 15th
century by Daimyo Hojo Soun, that means the construction is much more older
than here in Chile. Other thing I know about Japan is the gastronomy, I’ve been
lucky to share some experiences and recipes from there. I really like the
products that they use and the way they cook, is very different from the
occidental way.
If I go there someday I’d like to do three specific things,
first, to go to the Itabashi festival, celebrated in Odawara. In second place I’d
like to visit some of the most popular and oldest temples in Tokyo and last but
not least important, to have a traditional tempura dinner.
I don’t know if I’d like to live or work there, I prefer to
be there like a tourist, is the better way for me to know a different country.
